We found it surprising just how much length of seatbelt you actually need to fit the Carseat.

It's not hard, just tricky when it's dark and you're in fitting it in the back seat.
According to RoSPA 80% of car seats are fitted incorrectly. Look for companies who can double-check your seat once you've fitted it.
We were told that you shouldn't buy a secondhand car seat as it may have suffered an impact previously and might not protect the baby in an accident.
Did you know?
All children under 11 and less than 150cm (5ft) tall have to travel with a car seat.
Remember that using an adult seatbelt before a child is sufficiently developed may put them at higher risk of internal injury in the event of an accident.
