2-in-1 / 3-in-1 pram
A 2-in-1 / 3-in-1 pram is suitable from birth or 6 months. This pushchair has an optional lie flat facility which allows your baby to face you. This can either be achieved by converting the existing seat unit, or by adding a separate carry cot. This type of pushchair can often be used as a travel system by adding on optional infant carrier.
3-wheeler pram
A 3-wheeler is suitable from birth or 6 months. A 3-wheeler pushchair is perfect for walking, whether about town or on a rougher terrainSome models have an optional infant carrier (to create a travel system) and/or a carry cot (to allow the baby to face Mum) giving you a really flexible choice.
Forward facing pushchair
A forward facing pushchair is suitable from birth. These pushchair's have a lie-back position which makes them suitable for newborns as well as older babies.
The seat unit faces away from you, however some pushchair's have an optional infant carrier that can be attached allowing your baby to face towards you.
A Stroller
A stroller is suitable from birth, 3 or 6 months. These are the lightest, most easily transportable pushchair's - ideal if you will be using public transport. The needs of a small baby and an active toddler are very different so 2 pushchairs are often the way to go. A stroller is a great 2nd option.
A Tandem and Twin seater
A Tandem and Twin seater is suitable for 2 babies or children of different ages. For 2 little ones of the same age, use a side by side twin pushchair.
For 2 children of different ages, try a tandem option.
